Ken Clinger invented Zanguts as name for a tape where he mixed and meshed all of the tapes of mine he had including early releases and audio letters. Some of these releases were not released as Zanguts but fit the series nonetheless and are thus included here. As the Speckled Bird Molting and the Cock Also is a humorous trip though my recordings as constructed on four-track by Mr. Clinger. Hearing this tape always brings me pleasure because he has revitalized my recordings adding levity and wit, which is not always obvious in my works. The title comes from a translation of a song someone sings in quasimoto or some book that there was a random page ripped from and sent to me by kc. this is ken's mix of all manner of zan material. a joy and an inspiration.
