GAJOOB #11 MP3 CD CALL FOR ENTRIES

ADVERTISE

GAJOOB started as a printed zine in 1987. Online since 1992 with pioneering electronic publications and web resources, we are returning to print in 2011 with a series of book/CD publications discussing the art and craft of creative modern recording with 1000's of artists worldwide. We talk to hundreds of artists in every issue, revealing details about recent and vintage recordings. We list 100's of albums in various formats -- CD's, Cassettes (special cassette-only releases are making a big comeback!), Digital, etc. We help music fans navigate the explosive Free Music netlabel scene, interviewing artists releasing records on the net worldwide. GAJOOB was at the forefront of magazines making the jump to the Internet and we are returning to print because we need a hands-on experience that is missing in a purely digital world. We provide a clearer connection between artists and those interested in exploring all kinds of music with a solid jumping point to further exploration online to reference again and again.

An mp3 CD is included with 120+ songs requested directly from artists and talked about in the book.
